Yoli 2016
"Morello cherries, creme de cassis, plum liqueur, spices and vanilla. Full body, juicy, soft tannins and a fruity, succulent finish. A blend of malbec, cabernet franc and petit verdot. Drink now.”
James Suckling
The Losada family decided to produce wines of the highest quality to pay tribute to the wine of the region and thank local people for their hospitality.
"Kalós" in Greek means "something of great beauty". So, they selected the best grapes in Altamira and brought together winemakers Pablo Benavides and Fabián Valenzuela to make their wines.
A wine intensely red with violet hues. Its aromas are reminiscent of red fruits and plums. It is round, velvety, and very persistent on the palate, with ripe and sweet tannins. Well-bodied and with a lingering and elegant finish.
Pair It
Best served between 16° – 18° C, this Signature Blend is a perfect pair with roasted duck, grilled meats, stews, and pasta.
Cellar It
The 2016 Yoli drinks well now but has a cellaring potential of 5-7 years.
