Captura Red Blend 2020

The winery has two small vineyards, one in Chacras de Coria with 4.5 ha (11.11 acres) and the other in Carrodilla with 8 ha (21 acres). Located in Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. It comprises the productive space where viticultural precision plays with and defines the identity of the Hacienda del Plata wines.

Only 4,000 bottles produced, Juan Bautista Puelles presents this blend fermented through a floating cap, 10 days of maceration, and 12 months aging in French and American Oak.

Bright and intense ruby red color wine, with violet and black highlights. Fruits such as plum and spices such as pepper stand out. 

Pair It

Best served between 16° – 17° C, this Blend is a perfect pair of red meat, pasta, and white meats.

Cellar It

The 2020 Captura drinks well now but has a cellaring potential of more than 2-3 years.
