Domingo Molina Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
“Black fruit with some capsicum, tobacco leaves and savoury spiciness. Some backbone here, but still tamed and polished. Medium-bodied and elegant with a hint of savouriness on the palate, but not fully evolved. Perfect for now with lots of drinkability” James Suckling 90 points
Produced by Rafael Domingo and harvested by hand, the Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. 8 months aging in French Oak.
Bright ruby red colour. Wide and diverse aroma which displays a whole range of cherry and cassis, in combination with certain edges to green pepper. Strong and powerful in the mouth.
